Yorkshire school of martial arts changed my life , I started training at the age of 65 , Adam taught me how to respect and train with confidence, I won lots of medals and trophies with the coaches this school is the best karate school in uk , I learnt respect and hard work pays off in the long run , don’t give up , keep training and you will become a respected and healthy martial artist.
